How stress management helps me live better


My name is Eleonor. I'm 26 (now 27 actually!). I know, pretty young and inexperienced to have a website on stress management eah? Not really...stress is not a matter of age!

I have been very stressed. I still am sometimes. But only sometimes, and that is thanks to good stress management techniques.

I have created this website because I have experienced and still experience today the consequences of stress and anxiety.

My main goal here is to give you some tips and techniques that I Have used in order to help me manage stress: you could call it “experiential stress management.”

I'm not a doctor, so I'm not going to tell you what you should or should not do and if you should or should not take drugs. I'm going to tell you how I dealt with stress and help you apply these tips and techniques.

First and very important, I will help you understand what stress management is and how to use it effectively.

I will tell you about stress causes - the usual causes and the causes that led me to be stressed.

I will tell you about stress signs - the usual signs, and the ones that I have experienced.

I will tell you about the different ways to manage stress.

I will tell you about stress reducers - This is where I give you all my great tips!

I will tell you about job management stress - how I manage my stress at work.

I will tell you about anxiety - stress anxiety management - what it is and where it comes from and how I deal with it.

And last but not least, I will tell you about health and wellness - the tips I use to make myself feel good and healthy.

I am updating this website on a daily basis and have only started working on it about 5 months ago. So bear with me till I get more content up!
